Production of roughly 40 Millions sleepers with different gauges and fastening systems for Railway Organisations and private Clients in the following countries : Australia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Malawi, New Zealand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland

2003-2004 - Republic of Serbia and Montenegro
Contract No. 003/2003, EIB No. 2, Lot 3, Procurement and Supply of Concrete Sleepers in Track, Design, manufacturing and delivery of 182,000 Prestressed Concrete Sleepers Type B70, including cast-in part of fastening system. Two different types of sleepers were produced:
• Type B70 W-60, 2.60 m by length - 77,660 units
Gauge: 1435 mm
Rail: 60E1/UIC60
Maximum speed: 160 km/h
Maximum axle load: 250 kN
• Type B70 W2,40-49, 2.40 m by length - 104,340 units
Gauge: 1435 mm
Rail: 49E1/S49
Maximum speed: 160 km/h
Maximum axle load: 225 kN

2002-2003- Azerbaijan
Trans- Caucasian Rail Link Project
Delivery of 130.000 Prestressed Concrete Sleepers. For the manufacture of the sleepers, a Plant with an annual production capacity of 250,000 units was erected in Baku, Azerbaijan. The complete design, procurement of equipment, construction works, delivery of equipment as well as commissioning of plant was executed in approximately 6 months (February 2002 - August 2002). The 130,000 sleepers were manufactured in only six months, plus one month for delivery.
The contract for design, manufacturing and delivery of prestressed concrete sleepers with rail fastenings in Baku is part of the track renewal of Trans-Caucasian Rail Link for Azerbaijan State Railways.

2002-2003 - Libya
Prestressed Concrete Sleepers Factory Al-Khoms
Design and turnkey construction including ready to operate equipment of a factory to produce prestressed concrete sleepers.
Complete design including concept and general design for factory facilities to produce 500,000 prestressed concrete sleepers and 50,000 m. turnout sleepers per year; entire construction work including steel buildings for production, laboratory and workshop; outside gantry cranes and delivery and complete installation of all required machineries and equipment.
